Silambattam Training in Kovur, Chennai
Silambam — also spelt silambattam — is the traditional Tamil martial art practised with a bamboo staff. Pit Stop Sports in Kovur runs a monthly silambam batch in the morning, open to children and adults from Kovur, Porur, Mangadu, Kundrathur and nearby areas.
