Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Pit Stop Sports facilities, booking platform, or any of our services.
By accessing or using Pit Stop Sports services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Pit Stop Sports Arena, located at No.5/1, Checkadi Street, Kovur, Chennai – 600128, Tamil Nadu, India. These Terms govern your access to and use of our sports facility, booking platform, mobile application, and all related services.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and make bookings on Pit Stop Sports. Users between 16–18 years require parental or guardian consent before using paid services.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities conducted under your account are your sole responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@pitstopsportsarena.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any bookings.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email or SMS from Pit Stop Sports. Pending payments do not guarantee a slot reservation.
Court Availability
All bookings are subject to availability. Pit Stop Sports reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to maintenance, safety concerns, or force majeure events. Affected users will be notified promptly and offered an alternative slot or full refund.
Punctuality Policy
Players must check in at the front desk at least 5 minutes before their slot. Courts will be released for walk-in bookings if the booked user has not arrived within 15 minutes of the slot start time, without eligibility for a refund.
Facility Rules
All users must wear appropriate sports footwear on courts. Non-marking shoes are mandatory for indoor courts. Outdoor shoes, flip-flops, or bare feet are strictly prohibited on court surfaces.
Behaviour Standards
Pit Stop Sports is committed to a safe and inclusive environment. Abusive language, harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct toward other players or staff will result in immediate removal and permanent account suspension.
Facility Care
Users are responsible for any damage to Pit Stop Sports property caused by negligence or misconduct during their booking period. Damage costs will be charged to the account used for the booking.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Pit Stop Sports reserves the right to revise pricing with 14 days advance notice via email or website announcement.
Payment Methods
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Pit Stop Sports Wallet balance. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) and are PCI-DSS compliant.
Wallet Credits
Wallet credits are non-transferable, non-refundable as cash, and must be used within 12 months of the top-up date. Credits earned through promotions may have additional terms and shorter validity periods.
Membership Plans
Membership plans are personal and non-transferable. Sharing membership credentials or access with non-members is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the membership without refund.
Slot Allocation
Member daily slot allocations (2 hours per day) are subject to court availability. Unused daily slots do not carry forward. Members must book in advance through the app or website to secure their preferred time.
Renewal & Cancellation
Memberships are valid for the purchased duration and do not auto-renew. Cancellation requests mid-plan are subject to our Refund Policy. Please refer to the Refund Policy page for applicable deductions.
Surveillance
Pit Stop Sports premises are monitored by CCTV cameras for the safety and security of all users. Footage is retained for 30 days and may be reviewed in case of disputes, incidents, or damage claims.
Photography & Recording
You may photograph or record your activities for personal use. Commercial photography, filming, or recording for broadcast requires prior written consent from Pit Stop Sports management.
Sports Risks
Participation in sports activities involves inherent physical risks. Pit Stop Sports is not liable for personal injuries sustained during normal sporting activity. Users are encouraged to consult a medical professional before beginning any sports programme.
Personal Property
Pit Stop Sports is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the premises. Secure lockers are available for a nominal fee at the front desk.
Service Interruptions
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online booking services. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability.
Policy Updates
Pit Stop Sports reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
