We believe in fair and transparent refunds. Here is everything you need to know about cancellations, rescheduling, and how refunds are processed.
Court Booking Cancellation Guide
How much you get back depends on how early you cancel.
Full refund to original payment method or wallet credit, processed within 3–5 business days.
25% cancellation fee applies. Refund credited within 5–7 business days.
50% cancellation fee applies. Refund credited within 5–7 business days.
Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the full booking amount. No exceptions.
This Refund Policy applies to all bookings, memberships, and event registrations made through the Pit Stop Sports Arena platform. Our goal is to ensure a fair experience for every user. We encourage you to review the applicable cancellation window before completing any purchase. By making a payment, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
01 Court Booking Cancellations
How to Cancel
Cancellations must be submitted through the Pit Stop Sports app or website under "My Bookings." Cancellations via phone or walk-in are not accepted for refund processing. Please ensure you receive a cancellation confirmation before assuming your booking is cancelled.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are credited within 3–7 business days depending on your payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster. Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
Reschedule Option
As an alternative to cancellation, you may reschedule your booking up to 6 hours before the slot start time at no additional charge (subject to availability). Rescheduled slots cannot be further rescheduled or cancelled for a refund.
02 Membership Refunds
Within 7 Days of Purchase
If you have not used any membership slots, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. A processing fee of ₹199 will be deducted. Refunds will not be issued if any session has been utilized, regardless of the number of sessions used.
After 7 Days
Membership fees are non-refundable after the 7-day cooling-off period unless Pit Stop Sports is unable to provide the promised services due to facility closure or technical issues beyond our control.
Membership Transfers
Unused membership days may be transferred to another registered member once per plan duration. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance via email to support@pitstopsportsarena.com.
03 Tournament & Event Refunds
Cancellation Before Registration Closes
Tournament registrations cancelled more than 48 hours before the registration deadline are eligible for a 90% refund. A 10% administrative fee is retained to cover processing costs.
Cancellation After Registration Closes
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the tournament registration deadline. However, your slot may be transferred to a registered substitute participant with prior written approval.
Tournament Cancellation by Pit Stop Sports
If Pit Stop Sports cancels a tournament due to insufficient registrations, weather, or unforeseen events, all participants will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee within 5 business days.
04 Wallet & Credits
Wallet Top-Up Refunds
Wallet credits purchased directly are non-refundable as cash but can be used for any future booking or service at Pit Stop Sports. Credits have a validity of 12 months from the date of top-up.
Booking Refund to Wallet
Eligible refunds may be credited to your Pit Stop Sports Wallet instead of your original payment method for faster processing. Wallet credits processed this way are available immediately and are valid for 12 months.
Promotional Credits
Credits earned through promotional offers, referral programmes, or complimentary sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be converted to cash under any circumstance.
05 Exceptional Circumstances
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency preventing attendance, a full or partial refund may be granted upon submission of a valid medical certificate or hospital document. Such requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the missed booking.
Facility Unavailability
If a court or facility becomes unavailable due to maintenance, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances after a confirmed booking, affected users will receive a 100% refund or a complimentary rebooking, at their preference.
Weather Events
Indoor facility bookings are not affected by weather. For outdoor turf bookings (Football/Cricket), cancellations due to rain or unsafe conditions will be fully refunded or rescheduled without any fee.
06 How to Request a Refund
Online (Preferred)
Log in to your account at pitstopsportsarena.com, navigate to My Bookings → Cancel Booking, and follow the refund prompts. You will receive an email confirmation with a refund reference number.
Email Request
Send your refund request to refunds@pitstopsportsarena.com with your booking reference number, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation. Our team will respond within 24 business hours.
At the Facility
Visit the Pit Stop Sports front desk during operating hours (Mon–Fri: 6 AM – 10 PM, Sat–Sun: 5:30 AM – 11 PM). Please carry your booking confirmation and a valid photo ID.
